Senior Executive - Collections and Recoveries

Senior Executive / Executive - Collections & Recoveries (North & East, Central, Southern, & Western regions.)

The Job

• Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
• Conduct field visits and engage with customers on overdue accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements.
• Monitor recovery cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate recovery records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support recovery activities.

The Person

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Diploma/professional qualification in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 2-4 years of experience in Collections, Recoveries, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in field recoveries and customer negotiations is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Driving licence and own motorbike will be an advantage.
