Job Role
- Responsible of achieving monthly collection/recovery targets.
- Manning ERP system efficiently following the policies and procedures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered to all customers.
- Responsible of all customer inquiries are attended on time and provide timely solutions.
- Supporting and the team to achieve maximum productivity/performance.
Job Specifications
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in the field of payment collection/ recovery and customer service ideally in the real estate sector.
- GCE A/L
- Very good mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Effective problem-solving skills
