SENIOR EXECUTIVE – DEVELOPMENT MERCHANDISING

BASED AT RANALA

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the sample development process in line with customer standards and drive towards commercializing developments to ensure customer retention growth.
• Effectively co-ordinate the execution of orders on a timely basis and achieve the relevant pre-defined delivery targets.
• Responsible to manage critical path and bear responsibility for 100 % customer co-ordination and 100% on time performance.
• Work with planning team to book capacity, with development team on future forecasts and book greige prior to receipt of orders.
• In depth understanding on related process and systems in order to provide solutions to manufacturing locations.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Merchandising, Textile, Fashion, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Development Merchandising within the apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment costing, pricing, and margin analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or WFX systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
