As we continue to expand our crewing operations and vessel portfolio, we are looking for motivated and career-oriented professionals to join our Crew Planning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crew planning and workforce continuity for an assigned fleet portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with seafarers, clients, and operational stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted crew supply.
- Monitor crew availability and support succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, statutory and certification requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily crewing operations.
- Maintain accurate crew records and documentation.
- Support daily crewing operations while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in achieving fleet Manning, retention and operational performance targets.
What we are looking for
- Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in crew planning, fleet personnel management, crew operations, manning, recruitment or related maritime functions.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Sound organisational, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations, crew documentation and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel overseas when required.
