We're looking for a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a SE- Stores & Logistics at our Dambulla factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for specified stores, including ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, maintenance of food Standards and security of the premises.
• Responsibility for delivery fleet and staff along with vehicle running and maintenance.
• Planning and organising delivery routes and rosters.
• Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity, verifying documentation, and ensuring accurate data into the inventory system.
• Overseeing the picking and issuing materials for dispatch.
• Monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages, and initiating requisitions.
• Generating accurate reports on inventory levels, material movement, and other relevant data.
• Working closely with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or better in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A food related qualification with relevant logistics/supply chain experience would be acceptable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse or inventory management role.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
