Senior Executive / Executive – Strategic Projects

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Coordinate and support strategic projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action trackers.
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project activities are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, gaps, and areas requiring management attention.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates, and other required documentation.
- Follow up on management decisions and action items, and escalate delays where necessary.
- Support business improvement initiatives and other strategic projects assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate project records to provide clear visibility of progress, decisions, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, management reporting, or a similar role.
- Good skills in project planning, coordination, analysis, reporting, and follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
