Executive / Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations

Your Operational Impact
- Lead Put-away, Picking, SMSR, LB/DP, MHE, Relocation & RM Operations
- Drive KPIs, productivity, accuracy & SLA performance
- Plan manpower and daily activities based on workload priorities
- Ensure accurate WMS (LFS), scanning & system compliance
- Control FIFO/FEFO, inventory and location accuracy
- Optimize space, put-away, picking and relocation efficiency
- Ensure safe MHE use and coordinate maintenance requirements
- Resolve bottlenecks, constraints and process gaps
- Lead continuous improvement, team development & SOP compliance
- Report operational performance and coordinate end-to-end operations
The Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management
- 3-5 years' experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
- Strong WMS, warehouse process, KPI and inventory knowledge
- Team leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- LFS or similar WMS experience is an added advantage
