Role Summary

Responsible for coordinating export operations, managing customer orders, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining compliance with international trade requirements to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export orders from confirmation to shipment.
• Prepare and verify export documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, production, and logistics teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with export regulations.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve export-related issues.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
