Senior Merchandise Planner (Fashion Retail)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Merchandise Planner to join our growing fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandise planning, assortment planning, sales and stock analysis, inventory management and Open-To-Buy (OTB) within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales, stock and intake plans across product categories.
• Manage and monitor Open-To-Buy (OTB) plans.
• Analyze sales performance, sell-through and inventory productivity.
• Support category, assortment and option planning.
• Forecast product demand and recommend inventory requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, ageing and weeks of cover.
• Identify sales trends and commercial opportunities.
• Support pricing, margin and markdown planning.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Design and Management teams.
• Prepare regular merchandise planning and trading reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Buying, Inventory Planning or a similar commercial retail role.
• Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management.
• Experience in OTB and assortment planning is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
