Role Summary

Requirements
- Fully qualified member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or equivalent (CIMA/ACCA).
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in manufacturing industry with a minimum of 3 years in a senior managerial capacity handling the finance function.
- Ability to partner with business teams and drive strategic financial insights.
- Capable in promoting process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets and financial skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing sector (preferably apparel / labels / exports) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis of the company.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships (including import/export financing).
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Supervise finance team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders.
- Overlooking Credit Control functions.

Senior Accountant
Role Summary

- Part qualification or in CA / ACCA / CIMA.
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in manufacturing or apparel sector will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Month end account finalization & prepare monthly management accounts.
- Complete the balance sheet reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
