Senior Finance Executive

Role Summary

The Senior Executive - Finance is responsible for supporting finance operations by managing daily sales reconciliations, cash and voucher processes, financial reporting, and supplier payment verification. The role ensures accurate recording and monitoring of financial transactions, investigates and resolves discrepancies, and supports statutory compliance requirements while liaising with outlet teams, suppliers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA, or a passed finalist in AAT.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in the Retail or FMCG sector.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
