Executive Senior Executive - Finance (Indonesia)

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate Senior Executive / Executive - Finance to support our Indonesia operations, someone who thrives on numbers, insights, and making a real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of management and financial accounts.
• Prepare and monitor weekly fund requirements for the origin operations.
• Oversee and manage inventory schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate supplier payments and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze monthly overhead expenses and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Assist the Origin Head in the preparation of pre-costing and budgeting activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional qualification in ACCA or CIMA.
• Minimum of 3-4 years as a finance professional.
• Candidates should be below 30 years old.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Candidate should be willing to reside in Indonesia.
