Senior Finance Lead
Role Summary
Morison, a subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive - Finance to manage and grow the business within the modern trade channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Operational Finance functions including Distributor Management, Warehousing, and Debtor Management.
- Prepare and analyze Management Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Develop management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Conduct feasibility studies and support business planning initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency and control.
- Support finance operations within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree in Finance / Fully qualified or in the final stage of CIMA/ACCA from a reputed university/institute.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance.
- Proven experience in operational finance functions.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
