Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review management accounts and other financial reports in line with internal reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy & proper documentation.
• Responsibility for maintenance of Group’s bank account signatory mandates & inventory.
• Liaise with Legal and Secretarial divisions in facilitating KYC’s and Board resolutions for bank accounts and facilities.
• Prepare & review bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
• Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete processing of all financial transactions, including supplier payments (both local & foreign).
• Support consolidation processes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and related system functionalities.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including variance analysis and interpretation of key financial results.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including monthly cash flow planning, and monitor actual performance against budgets/forecasts, highlighting variances and key risks.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a dynamic or diversified organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Economics, or Finance, with a part professional finance qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Effective team player with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
