Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the technical process of garment development to final production.
• Facilitating the conversion of designs/products into physical garment forms.
• Managing pattern knowledge and fabric requirements.
• Controlling cost and ensuring safety requirements.
• Conducting testing and maintaining customer standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the industry with bulk production (specialized in woven products).
• Relevant Degree or professional qualification.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage.
