Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive / Sample Technician – Garment Technologist (Technical & Fitting) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and sewing techniques, with specialization in ladies and men’s under-wear and outerwear.
• Working knowledge of garment manufacturing machineries (stitching capability would be an added advantage).
• Expertise in fit analysis, size set approvals, and sample evaluations.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical packs, measurement charts, and construction specifications.
• Familiarity with fabric behavior analysis and trim performance.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide clear, corrective feedback to pattern and sampling teams.
• Ensure size, fit, and construction accuracy in line with buyer specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with merchandising, sampling, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during sampling and bulk production stages.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Apparel Technology, Garment Technology, Fashion Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in garment technology functions, including fit, quality, and product development.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good IT skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational management capabilities.
