Role Summary

Join our Group Finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management insights.
• Support group budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Conduct variance analysis to uncover actionable business insights.
• Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory disclosures.
• Build performance dashboards that drive management decision-making.
• Perform financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
• Champion automation and digital tools to modernize reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate reporting quality and efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Part qualification or membership of CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in financial reporting, budgeting or management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience will be an added advantage).
• Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
