We’re looking for a Senior HR & Compliance Executive to manage HR operations, ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, and support a positive and well-structured employee experience at Codimite.

Requirements:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance processes.
• Work with management to identify HR risks, improve processes, and support employee engagement.
