Senior HR Business Partner for Sales
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our People and Culture team as a Business Partner - Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Align people strategies with sales growth, productivity, and leadership priorities.
- Drive performance management with sales management teams and support the building of a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams across the country.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and change in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment.
- Ensure overall HR governance and policy compliance; use people analytics to manage attrition, productivity, and workforce risks.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field.
- MBA in Human Resources (preferred) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR/People Management.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour regulations will be an added advantage.
- 12+ years' experience in human resources with experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Location
Head Office (One Galle Face tower) with travel to branches.
