Senior HR Business Partner Operations
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our People and Culture team as a Business Partner - Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Operations & IT leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals and transformation needs.
- Manage the full workforce lifecycle (hire to exit), ensuring workforce readiness, capacity, and critical skill availability.
- Enable strong performance management, develop leaders' people skills, and build succession for critical roles.
- Support workforce planning and change management initiatives while ensuring policy and labour law compliance.
- Drive engagement initiatives and use people data and analytics to identify risks, trends, and actionable insights.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field.
- MBA in Human Resources (preferred) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 12+ years' experience in human resources with experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Head Office (One Galle face tower)
