Key Responsibilities

• Act as the HR partner for the Food and beverages division and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters.
• Manage all employee life-cycle activities for the division.
• Conduct frequent outlet visits and report to management to facilitate appropriate actions.
• Maintain industrial harmony, ensure equal treatment of employees, and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Participate in the recruitment process to ensure adequate staffing levels for smooth operations.
• Actively engage in employee welfare activities for the division and the company.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Business Management (HR preferred) or PQHR from CIPM.
• Over 5 years of experience in hardcore HR is preferred.
