Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all industrial relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Provide strategic guidance to management on IR matters, risk mitigation, and best practices.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with labour authorities and external stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve IR policies and procedures.
- Support organizational change initiatives while maintaining industrial harmony.
- Drive employee welfare, engagement, wellness, and recreational initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to organizational grooming and conduct standards.
- Oversee the administration of corporate medical insurance schemes, including coordination with stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Qualification in Bachelor of Laws will be an added advantage.
- Membership in a recognized professional HR body will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of five years senior management experience in Human Resources, preferably within a large and dynamic corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, industrial relations, and disciplinary management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
