Senior Inbound Travel Consultant

Role Summary

Infly Travel is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Tour Executive (Outbound Tours) to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with a strong background in outbound travel, sales, and customer service.

Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and sell international tour packages.
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and travel agencies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after their travel.
• Support marketing campaigns and promote travel packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience with GDS systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
