Manager Senior/Manager International Sales (Cinnamon)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to grow Cinnamon exports and increase global market share.
  • Identify, penetrate, and develop new international markets, customers, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key global buyers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term customer agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure consistent supply and customer satisfaction.
  • Explore and develop opportunities for value-added, customized, and differentiated Cinnamon products.
  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand patterns to inform strategy.
  • Achieve agreed revenue, profitability, and sales volume targets.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales within spices or agri-commodities.
  • Strong knowledge of global Cinnamon markets and established customer networks will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven track record in international business development and export sales growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sourcing, and quality teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for international business development.
