Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to grow Cinnamon exports and increase global market share.
- Identify, penetrate, and develop new international markets, customers, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key global buyers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term customer agreements.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure consistent supply and customer satisfaction.
- Explore and develop opportunities for value-added, customized, and differentiated Cinnamon products.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand patterns to inform strategy.
- Achieve agreed revenue, profitability, and sales volume targets.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales within spices or agri-commodities.
- Strong knowledge of global Cinnamon markets and established customer networks will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven track record in international business development and export sales growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for international business development.
