Requirements/Qualifications

Strong GDS Knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo / Travelport, or Sabre)

• Ability to price itineraries and issue tickets
• Handle reissues (date changes, reroutes on the same airline)
• Process refunds and issue/refund EMDs
• Manage queues and resolve PNR issues

Practical Airfare & Ticketing Experience

• Understanding penalties and tax changes
• Cabin upgrades / downgrades
• Rerouting on the same airline
• Basic fare rule checks
• Avoiding ADM-risk mistakes

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide junior ticketing staff
• Check accuracy before ticketing
• Teach GDS best practices
• Maintain high standards & consistency
