Senior Executive - Customer Acquisition & Training (Digital Products)

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned KPIs for new customer acquisition and drive the migration of existing customers to digital platforms.
• Drive digital adoption initiatives across customer segments and lead training programs for staff on products, features, and processes.
• Act as the single point of responsibility for all training activities, materials, and documentation related to digital products.
• Develop and maintain manuals, guides, SOPs, presentations, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create flyers, brochures, customer education content, and product demonstration videos.
• Identify and recommend key features and promotional themes for digital product campaigns.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Compliance and Business teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
• Support product launches, promotions, awareness programs, and lead presentations for management and external partners.
• Track training effectiveness, monitor adoption metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Age between 22-35 years.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related field in Digital Financial Products.
• Minimum of 03 years of Digital banking, financial services, Customer acquisition, Training or related roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
• High level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
• Ability to work effectively across functions with Marketing, IT, and Operations teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Sinhala or Tamil would be an added advantage.
