Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing

Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate export shipments with shippers and ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor shipment progress, prepare shipment tracking reports, and maintain market intelligence.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and contribute innovative, technology-driven sales strategies.
• Support the growth and expansion of the company's sales and marketing portfolio within the maritime industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in shipping, business, marketing, freight and logistics or any equivalent professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of sales & marketing, customer service in the container shipping industry.
• Experience in Europe / Russia sector will be added advantage.
• Good team player and self-motivated with new tech-driven approach.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office and English communication skills in both spoken and written.
• Excellent ability to work well under pressure.
