Role Summary
Xitricon is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to assist in the design, creation, and upkeep of our cloud-based software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate business needs into functional software while upholding high development standards and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to design solutions that fulfill business requirements.
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance software products.
- Apply best practices such as TDD, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster team growth.
- Coordinate with UX, QA, and product management teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Resolve and debug production-level issues as they arise.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience developing enterprise-level applications.
- Deep expertise in IFS Cloud development methodologies, covering both frontend and backend.
- Strong grasp of clean code principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency using version control tools like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
