Role Summary
Join MAS Holdings' Bodywear Value Stream as a Senior Executive - Maintenance and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the reliability and maintenance of critical engineering systems, including HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, and water treatment facilities, creating a safe and efficient working environment. Your expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance will drive equipment performance and operational excellence. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll analyze equipment performance, address recurring issues, and implement strategic countermeasures to enhance reliability.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Generators, Air Compressors, and Electrical Systems.
