Job Duties & Responsibilities;

• Provide strategic leadership to the Corporate Business Division, driving sustainable business growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Lead the development and management of corporate, broker, niche market and strategic partnerships to strengthen business relationships and expand market presence.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, implementing sales strategies and achieving departmental growth targets.
• Oversee special national projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective service delivery, regulatory compliance and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams while monitoring business performance and driving continuous improvement through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Pre-requisites;

• Master Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Degree/Special Degree/Professional Qualification or Equivalent relevant to the functional area from a University/Institute approved by the UGC
• Age is preferably below 60 years

Relevant Experience;

• Minimum 06 years of experience in Managerial grade with overall more than 10 years in executive capacity.
