Key Responsibilities
- Meet with new customers and secure new businesses to generate revenues.
- Develop innovative ideas and strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Coordinate and oversee air freight shipments from booking to delivery.
- Negotiate rates with airlines and service providers to optimize cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
- Adhere to credit policies and follow up on payments to minimize debtor risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and service providers.
- Provide timely updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, specifically in Air cargo.
- Should carry a solid client base.
- Relevant professional qualifications in the Logistics field.
- Excellent communication skills and good command of English.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated and flexible character capable of working under pressure.
