Senior Manager of Group Financial Compliance
Role Summary
Dart Global Logistics is seeking a Senior Executive – Group Financial Compliance Management to join our corporate team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all group subsidiaries and financial operations align with internal control structures, industry regulations, and international accounting standards. You will report directly to the Head of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory / Statutory Compliance: Monitor and implement local and international financial regulations.
- Internal Control Audits: Design, execute, and review internal compliance audit programs.
- Policy Formulation: Draft, update, and deploy standardized financial compliance policies and SOPs.
- Risk Assessment: Identify structural financial risks, evaluate exposure, and implement mitigation frameworks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related discipline.
- Professional Credentials: Part or full qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in corporate financial compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of corporate governance, IFRS/local accounting frameworks, and tax regulations.
- Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., CargoWise, EDI systems) and advanced Excel.
- Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset for problem-solving.
