Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS).
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and recommend mitigation strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management practices into business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards & recommendations to Senior Management and Board Committees.
- Promote a strong risk-aware culture through awareness programs and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Finance, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.
- Passed Finalist or Professional Membership of CA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a Bank or Financial Institution in Risk Management, Finance or Internal Audit.
- Sound knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills with proficiency in English.
