Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability and portfolio growth
• Lead solution planning, pre-sales and proposal reviews
• Oversee project delivery, quality, risks and commercial performance
• Manage strategic client relationships and account growth
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary digital teams
• Strengthen service standards, innovation, AI and automation

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in web, digital solutions, eCommerce or technology services
• 4+ years in a senior management or leadership role
• Strong commercial, delivery and international client-management experience
• Sound understanding of web platforms, integrations, cloud, security, SEO and analytics
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
