Role Summary

Richard Pieris Finance Ltd is seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and hardworking individuals for the position of Executive / Senior Executive - FD Marketing.

Homagama, Wennappuwa, Kandy, Kuliyapitiya

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage in marketing, promoting, and canvassing fixed deposits and savings products to existing and new clients.
• Identify new market segments for new deposits and direct/motivate fund mobilization staff.
• Manage deposit portfolios and procure funds from high net worth clients and the general public.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective fund-mobilizing opportunities.
• Meet assigned targets and fund-mobilizing volume to ensure branch profitability.
• Create, maintain, and manage strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• IT literacy.
• Methodical, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines with a high level of integrity.
