Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer to join our Academic Team. The role involves delivering engaging lectures, preparing course materials, assessing students, and supporting their academic and professional growth.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Completed a Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of Academic Experience, preferably in a Higher Education Institution or University.
• Teaching experience in Research Modules is a definite advantage.
• Teaching experience with Pearson BTEC HND and City & Guilds qualifications is an advantage.
• Prior experience as a Programme Leader is an added benefit.

Skills and Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of Research Supervision.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging Lectures, Tutorials, and Practical Sessions.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to encourage a collaborative and Student-Focused Learning Culture.
• Compulsory to work on Weekends, with two Weekdays off.
