Role & Responsibility

• Submit samples on time according to the customer requirement & monitor PC requirement.
• Coordinating styles information with the relevant parties (Sample room, pattern room, Lab, production team, relevant suppliers).
• Follow up sampling process & arranging samples to customer on time meeting deadline.
• Work according to TNA and keep TNA up to date.
• Coordinating with bulk merchandising team to get all the necessary details & RM for sample process.
• Arranging pre-setting cut panels package (cut pattern, pattern, HTM, size spec, reference sample, trims) to relevant production factory for advancing process.
• Arrange approved sample with actual packing for production Development merchandisers.
• Obtain approved heat seal, print, garment test reports and passing information to customer & production.
• Arranging PO request for sample developments. (dyeing)
• Handover or monitor check samples with trim cards to samples for sample sewing process.
• Checking & arranging all the necessary fabric & trims for sample making.
• Attending to sample meeting & update the sample status for all relevant parties.
• Prepares sample update chart to customer review depend on customer requirements.
• Arrange all necessary documents to send the samples to customer & relevant parties.
• Working with shipping department for courier arrangements & BOI approvals and necessary machine transfers folders and ETC.
• Working with lab & inspection team for fabric, garment and embellishment testing reports.
• Working with production technical team for presetting process.
• Cross source to find establish viable and cost effective supplier source.
• Monitor impact on costing and update costing sheet and summary to communicate merchandising Manager and relevant counter parties on impact and changes.
• Fully focusing on all, continuous improvement & 6S process.
• Focusing on innovation & KAIZEN & make sure to provided committed number of KAIZENS per month.
• Ensuring to make 100% right on Raw Materials to use or where to substitute in the BOI material is not available.

Qualifications & Experience

• Studied up to G.C.E (A/L).
• ICT Literacy.
• Presentation skills.
• Five years' experience in similar capacity.
• Work as a team player.
• Negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge on internal systems and systems of customers.
• Good communication skills in local language and English.
