Senior Operations Planning and Solutions Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate individual to join the Digital Transport Industry at Oki Doki, a technology-driven transportation company operating under Expolanka Holdings.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong and positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Resolve delivery-related issues proactively to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and support supplier coordination.
• Plan and organize deliveries effectively to minimize vehicle idle time and enhance vehicle utilization.
• Address operational issues at pick-up, transit, and delivery points promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure full compliance with security, operational, and customer-specific procedures.
• Maintain internal and external NCRs and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct market analysis based on operational requirements to support decision-making.
• Follow up on internal and external meetings and ensure required actions are completed.
• Prepare operational reports/presentations as required and present them to management/customer when needed.
• Follow up on the P&L of the accounts and work on cost reductions and operational savings.
• Guide, mentor, and develop subordinates to align with organizational culture, values, and standard procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or Transport.
• Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good computer literacy and strong analytic skills.
