Senior Supervisor/Supervisor (Tea Packet Production & Export Operations)
Location: Boralesgamuwa
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily tea bag production and packing operations.
- Ensure that production meets export quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with quality control, packing, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Guide and motivate production staff to achieve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene and good manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- Passed the G.C.E. (A/L)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a tea or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation and quality standards will be an added advantage.
- Candidate in close proximity to Boralesgamuwa are preferred.
- Age below 40 years.
