The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pattern Maker to join our apparel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong pattern-making skills, garment construction knowledge, and proficiency in TukaTech.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify patterns for dresses and blouses.
• Create accurate patterns using TukaTech.
• Ensure proper fit, measurements, and quality.
• Interpret designs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design and production teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of dresses and blouses.
• Proficiency in TukaTech pattern-making software.
• Good understanding of garment construction and fitting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
