Role Summary

A subsidiary of a highly diversified group of companies with over 42 years of experience in providing industrial solutions is looking for dynamic, driven, result-oriented, ambitious, and energetic individuals to market the Global Brand Portfolio of our Specialized Films Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
• Follow up on inquiries, generate new business, and convert leads into sales.
• Promote the company’s products and provide suitable solutions to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners while expanding the dealer network.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to successful order completion.
• Generate repeat and referral business by maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Product Development, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry, will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications.
• Possess a valid driving and riding license.
