SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Company: Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd
Location: Kurunegala / Colombo
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of industry experience, including at least 8 years in Project Management or an equivalent senior role.
- Proven experience in successfully managing building construction projects, with at least one building project completed as Project Manager.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building projects from commencement through to successful completion.
- Plan, monitor, and control project programme, cost, quality, resources, and risks.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Lead project teams to achieve timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
