Senior Quality Assurance Executive at Mc Currie

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Ensure compliance with company quality systems, food safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, including ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GHP requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal, external, customer, and certification audits while ensuring the timely closure of corrective actions.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including product testing, documentation, equipment calibration, and compliance with laboratory procedures.
• Manage Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) quality control processes.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the FMCG industry, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
• Hands-on experience in audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and laboratory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
