Senior Executive - Quality

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive - Quality to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products through laboratory testing and quality verification. You will oversee analytical testing, in-process quality control, laboratory operations, and product compliance while working with Production, Supply Chain, R&D, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and ensuring quality verification of raw materials, semi-finished goods (SFG), and finished goods (FG) through chemical and physical analysis.
• Operating advanced analytical instruments including GC-MS, HPLC, and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, with hands-on experience in method development and troubleshooting.
• Overseeing in-process quality control from RM to FG, material allocation, and ensuring product quality and process consistency.
• Reviewing analytical results, issuing and maintaining quality documentation, and managing laboratory functions.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP requirements, and customer specifications.
• Supporting internal, certification, and customer audits, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and driving continuous quality improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biological Science, Physical Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in QA and QC within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food flavors and fragrance industry or FMCG industries.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, quality management systems, and laboratory practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with customer quality requirements and food safety standards.
