Contract Administration – VO's, Claims, EOT & Interim Valuations
Monthly Cost Reports, Budget Control & Cashflow
Liaise with Clients, Consultants & Suppliers
Guide & Mentor Junior QS Team

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying. IQSSL/RICS membership is an advantage
Minimum 8 years. Must have experience in DNCWS / NWDCSB / Govt Projects or Large-scale Building/MEP Projects
ICTAD, FIDIC, Govt Procurement procedures, SLS rates
Advanced MS Excel, AutoCAD, CostX/Beambeam
Strong negotiation and communication skills
