Dumeeqs Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd invites applications from experienced Quantity Surveying professionals for a major UAE-based post-contract cost management assignment.
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Degree/BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; preferably 8+ years' QS experience.
- Substantial UAE/GCC post-contract experience and strong knowledge of UAE construction practices.
- Strong working knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration.
- Proven experience in valuations, variations, claims, cost reporting and final accounts.
- Ability to lead QS activities independently with strong communication and MS Excel skills.
Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Degree/BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; preferably 5+ years' QS experience.
- UAE/GCC post-contract experience preferred with sound knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration.
- Experience in valuations, variations, measurement, cost reporting and final accounts.
- Strong MS Excel, written communication and remote-working capabilities.
Employment Arrangement
- Work Location: Sri Lanka - Office / Remote delivery for UAE project
- Project / Service: Major UAE Development - Post-Contract Cost Management
- Working Environment: Regular online coordination with UAE-based stakeholders
- Availability: Candidates capable of joining at short notice will be preferred
