Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, and innovation goals.
• Manage and mentor the R&D team, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
• Above 3 years of working experience in an R&D Department in an FMCG, Agri, Food & Beverages company.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
