Senior Registered Nurse
Role Summary
Royal Hospital is looking for experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Senior Staff Nurses to join our growing healthcare team and play a leading role in delivering exceptional patient care while mentoring the next generation of nursing professionals.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Age between 30 – 50 years
- BSc in Nursing or 3-Year Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
- SLNC, SLMC or PHSRC Nursing registration (not mandatory but will be a plus point)
- Minimum 5–10 years of post-registration clinical experience
- Previous experience in Medical & Surgical Wards, ICU, ETU, Dialysis, Operation Theatre, Maternity, Pediatrics, or OPD
- Previous supervisory, team-leading, or shift-in-charge experience will be a strong advantage
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage nursing teams and coordinate patient care efficiently
- Ability to work on rotational shifts
- Positive, professional, and patient-centered attitude
