SENIOR EXECUTIVE RETAIL OPERATIONS

We are on the lookout for a Senior Executive Retail Operations for our client company.

The selected candidate is responsible to build the systems that help a growing fashion brand run smoothly without losing its creative energy and will connect product, production, inventory, fulfilment and customer experience and making sure the right work happens, at the right time, with clear ownership and fewer surprises.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operating rhythm across inventory management, e-commerce, fulfilment and customer support.
• Help the management create clear workflows, checklists and standard operating procedures that reduce errors and make responsibilities easy to understand.
• Maintain accurate inventory visibility across channels; support demand planning, replenishment, stock transfers, counts and slow-moving stock actions.
• Prepare weekly operating updates with priorities, risks, decisions and key metrics, escalate problems early with practical options.
• Support hiring, onboarding, team scheduling and reliable internal communication as Daydream grows.
• Continuously improve tools and systems while protecting a thoughtful, high-quality customer experience
• Generate and analyze sales and stock reports

Requirements

• Age below 30
• Previous experience in retail operations
• Ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines
• Full-Time Commitment: Candidate must be prepared to commit to a full-time position, requiring attendance at the workplace for 5.5 days per week.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player

Salary – Up to LKR 150,000/-
