Sen Wellness, established in 2015, is a world-leading wellness organization operating both a renowned wellness clinic in London's prestigious medical district and the Sen Wellness Sanctuary retreat center in Sri Lanka's Rekawa Nature Reserve. We offer a unique fusion of medical expertise and holistic healing through osteopathy, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and integrative therapies. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall sales, marketing, and branding strategy across all properties
• Own revenue growth, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Lead digital marketing — SEO, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and website performance
• Oversee social media and content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Build partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and tourism bodies
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales & marketing team

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or brand leadership
• (hospitality, wellness, or travel industry experience preferred)
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
• Proven experience in revenue management, OTA management, and CRM/client database strategy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
